A great way to stay fit or just have fun at camp, Fitness, Aerobics & Dance (FAD) has something for everyone. Campers create dances, run fitness circuit trails, and develop aerobics routines. Our energetic staff teach step classes, yoga and the summer's hottest dances in this fun activity. Throughout the summer, campers perform their routines for the entire camp.
