CAMPERS TRAVELING BY AIR:

CAMPERS IN COTTAGE AREA:
Arrangements for both pick-ups and drop-offs must be made through the camp office in HALIBURTON no later than JULY 19, 2009 (Visitor's Day).

Pick-up July campers between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m.
Drop-off August campers between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m.

PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE at any other times, except those specified above.

Changeover is a busy, highly organized event. We ask parents who plan to pick-up July campers or drop-off August campers to observe the following rules:

  • All campers (and their luggage) should be dropped off and/or picked up at the Pottery Studio, which is located behind the main office.

  • PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY WHILE IN CAMP. The designated speed limit on all camp roads is 10 km/hour. Campers can be expected to be walking, talking or even playing on the roads!

  • Because camp will be "IN MOTION" for the majority of us, we ask that you check in and out of camp quickly.

  • Drop-offs - When you arrive in camp, please proceed to the MAIN OFFICE, where you will be asked to hand in health history forms (although these should have been sent to camp in advance), birth certificates, etc. (We'll make sure they get to the right places!)

  • Pick-ups - When you arrive in camp, please proceed to the MAIN OFFICE and let us know who you are picking up. Departing campers will have medications, birth certificates, etc. with them (which were given out during breakfast.)

  • Please do not ask if you can stay in camp for part of the day, or for a tour of the facilities.
