HEALTH HISTORY FORM (embed link to “health form.pdf) – AN ABSOLUTE NECESSITY: The completed form must be signed by a parent and received at our Toronto office no later than May 16th in order to give us enough time to look over the information. Canadian campers must also attach a photocopy of their Health Card.

ORDER FORMS (embed link to “forms.html”) All order forms for Sweatwear and Bedding must be sent to the office by now.

Toronto office closes. Haliburton office opens on June 20.

·      Prior to June 24

Get clothing and equipment ready. Affix washproof name tapes to every piece of clothing and bedding, and label all equipment.

·      Tuesday, June 26

TORONTO BAGGAGE TO CAMP

Duffles (maximum of 2 per camper) for Full Season and July campers should be brought to our luggage depot. (Details and location will be sent to the families). Canada Cartage staff will remove the duffles from your car and load them onto the trucks. All duffles should have the CWP baggage tags attached.

CAMP BEGINS For Full Season and July campers.

·      Sunday, July 20

VISITOR'S DAY, 1:30 – 4:30 pm – VISITS ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON THIS DAY. More information (including driving directions) will be sent to you in July.

·      Wednesday, July 23

CHANGEOVER – July campers return home and camp begins for August campers. Duffles accompany both arriving and departing campers.

·      Tuesday, August 5

2-Week Kiwi Session ends. Campers return to Toronto at approximately 12:00 noon.

·      Monday, August 18

CAMP IS OVER – Duffles will accompany all campers. More information will be sent to you in August.
